During this visit, we'll collaborate on your ideas, needs, and how to bring them to life using our design skills and technical knowledge.

Translating your vision, we'll use the insights from your in-home consultation to finalise designs and product choices. Together, we'll prepare for the next steps in your renovation journey. 

Efficiency and ease are our goals during construction. A dedicated project manager will be your sole contact throughout. They'll coordinate trades, ensure fixture availability, and handle everything for you. Here's what this phase entails:

1. Protection: Safeguarding floors with corflute and dropsheets between the bathroom and home exit.
2. Environmentally Friendly Disposal: Thoughtful disposal of all items.
3. Electrical Setup: Installing or relocating new electrical wiring and outlets.
4. Plumbing Setup: Rearranging drains and pipework.
5. Wall Preparation: Installing new wall linings like rendering for brick walls or wet lining villaboard for timber walls, preparing for waterproofing and tiling.
6. Thorough Waterproofing: Applying waterproofing following the procedures outlined in the Building Code of Australia for enhanced protection.
7. Precision Tiling: Expertly laying tiles using superior adhesives, grouts, and sealants, executed by skilled tradespeople.
8. Fixture Installation: Professional fitting of bathroom fixtures.
9. Plumbing Reconnection: Re-establishing and testing all plumbing connections, ensuring proper functionality is restored to your bathroom.
10. Painting: Applying paint when specified.
11. Shower & Mirror: Installation.
12. Quality Check: Ensuring high standards before completion.
